DELF A1 Exam Pattern

The DELF A1 exam consists of four parts: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Each part is worth 25 points, and you need a total of 50/100 to pass (with a minimum of 5/25 in each part).

  • Listening: 20 mins - Match images with short audio recordings.
  • Reading: 30 mins - Answer questions from simple written texts.
  • Writing: 30 mins - Fill out a form or write a short note.
  • Speaking: 5-7 mins - Self-introduction and guided conversation.
