Language is your biggest asset. You must reach at least B1 (standard) or B2 (healthcare/IT) level and have a Goethe/telc certificate.
Create a German-style CV (Europass) and a tailored cover letter (Anschreiben). Translate your 10th/12th marksheets through authorized translators.
Search for "Ausbildungsplatz" on portals like Azubiyo or the Federal Employment Agency. Apply directly to companies across Germany.
Employers will interview you via Zoom/Skype. They look for passion, basic technical knowledge, and your ability to converse in German.
Receive your training contract (Ausbildungsvertrag). Apply for the Vocational Training Visa at the German Embassy.
